How to start?

Weigh every day

The first step which I made is weighing every day in the morning right after I woke up. Sometimes I weigh in the evening as well, cause than I can be a bit happy already in the evening if I lost weight :))))))))))))))

Monitoring

I made a chart and I monitor my weight every day!!! I still do :) I still have left some more kg to lose :) (I got rid of more than 10 kg already : )))))))))))) Yuhuuuuuuuuuu!!)

I've made a cool background picture for my chart which motivates me, it's a girl with a very nice abdominal, that was/is my goal, to look like her. Sometimes I take notes as well, just to notice why I gained on that day - in order to be able to avoid this factor the next time...or if I lost weight I wanna remember how I did it :))))))))))))))))))

A good scale

I got a good scale with 0.01 accuracy. I use it on level and hard ground. No carpet. No soft surfaces. Which is super important otherwise it shows u a number which gonna shock u !!! Once I used it on some other tiles in my bathroom then usually and it showed 0,5 kg more !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The tiles were not level...

To have a scale with 0.01 accuracy is important to get the numbers exactly.

I fight HARD for losing weight so I wanna know about ALL the little gramms I lose :)


To weigh every day is difficult. Especially when I know I ate too much or I ate too late. But I do it every day !!! I have to. Even if what I see disappoints me. It's important otherwise I lose controll and I can't correct it anymore. Like at Xmas...I thought to myself 'I don't weigh today'...'I really ate a lot', 'I don't wanna see what it shows'...and the next day I thought I ate less so it's gonna be all right, I don't have to weigh today either...and the next day neither...and the whole week !!! And what happened ?!? I gained like 3-4 kg !!!!!!!!! So I weigh every day, I don't let my feelings stop me anymore !!!
