Go for the 6-packs! - Box! - Push-ups
There is this app I found at Play Store/Android. It's called Six Pack in 30 Days, it has a red logo with a black&white guy with 6packs on it.
I use the advanced version and I swear it works !!!! It makes me sooo...how to say...trained through...moves lots of my muscles...makes me feel better and stronger...I just love it!!! I use this app sometimes just once a week, sometimes every day and if I get bored of it I skip a month or two. I train about 22 minutes but if I don't have that time, I do just the half of it, than it's just 10 minutes. Sounds better? :)
I'm doing some workout for my back as well and then I'm doing some push-ups:
It takes about 5-5 minutes. And again, if I get bored of it I skip a month or two.
I do push-ups in more positions, 1 hand, 2 hands, spreaded hands, closed hands... And I do the back and shoulder training with weight in the hand and on a back-training-bench as well. Sometimes I do push-ups on my last 5 minutes of running. I do 8x push-ups every 30 meters or so... It's really cool and because it's the last 5 minutes I can really give all my energy left into it. In that case I do them on my fists because of the dirt on the road. Which became very useful later at boxing, it hurts less on the fists.
And as mentioned above ... I started to box :)
I just simply bought a boxingbag, talked to some trainers and friends who have an idea how to box and I started. It went very bad at the beginning. It hurt. But now I'm quite good. The more I train, the less it hurts. Now I can kick very high and hard...not like at the beginning...it was painful and not hard at all...but now I kick ass ( nooo, that's not true ;)
I bought MMA gloves as well, cause sometimes it hurts punching the bag, especially in winter when my hands are very dry. I kick low and high, punch with fists and punch with elbow.
Once, if I'm gonna be able to do push-ups 10 times right, but really right, when my chest almost hits the floor, then, just then, I'm gonna go to the gym and learn MMA from a professional. Until that I'm gonna train and practise at home :)
I try to box every day before going to sleep, but of course I don't make it every day...
5 minutes boxing kills me !!! But really !! My boxingbag is 45 kg and filled with sand. It's not easy to make it move, I have to use all my power to do that.
That's one way to shake it off...and it works :)
Long time ago, this was my training-song :)
I did sit-ups during this song, slower when he sang slower, harder and faster when he sang faster. Most of the time I used an abdominal bench for belly training, otherwise just simply on the floor. When I was at home, I did one set - 1 song length - every hour!!!* It really worked... :) (*I don't do that anymore...)
